Carl Olivier Duperval is a 24 year old graduate from Kennesaw State University. From his major in Information Systems and his creativity, he has developed skills in web design and graphics. He is also a hip-hop artist, writer, and a poet and enjoys spending time with friends and watching movies.

As the Social Media and Graphics Manager with Youthnique, Carl aspires to attract more traffic to the company and to design attractive websites for clients in order to assist in promoting social entrepreneurship for the betterment of communities.

Torri Hicks is a talk show host, entrepreneur, producer, and mental health advocate.

 The “Nonprofit Guru” is the Founder and President of YouthNique Nonprofit Management Company. There she is founding creator and facilitator of YouthNique’s Nonprofit Strategist Training at Georgia State University.  

Torri is the Executive Director of She hosts BizLynks TV’s “Let’s Talk Nonprofits”.  

She is the writer and producer of the acclaimed productions RealTalk, Nonprofit FundTank, and A Song For You.  A Film Adaptation for A Song For You is currently in Production.  

Hicks received her B.A. degree in Family Community Services from Michigan State University and her M.A. in Clinical Counseling from Argosy University. She also received a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University.   ​

Using an eclectic experience in the arts and humanitarian fields, has grounded Denise's passion for analyzing and assisting community  growth in neighborhoods, organizations, and institutions.  She embraces work with multicultural inclusivity that allows her to have an innovative and creative way in analyzing problems and unpacking them in a detailed manner.

Her  passion in investigating curious phenomenon’s and problems in community settings has landed her  in researching terrorism to working in a jail divergent program for homeless related crimes in order to cut county jail/incarceration budgets. Her personality is grounded in advocacy and find great purpose in hearing the voice of stories that have been untold.
